Okay, this week has been so sad!
Jessica has been looking like she has been punched in the gut over and over again. I cannot wait for Tess to rear her ugly head! Already, we are seeing small signs that Tess is ready to come out and put Natalie in her place. For instance, when Jessica brought up the fact that Natalieeee showed up at Asa's "faux" funeral in a red dress, ready to turn the Buchanan's upside down. Check out this youtube clip below:
Memories!
And on the whole Starr/ Cole Episode: Starr is doing the right thing by choosing to give the baby to two responsible adults. I think that Marcie will eventually come around and she will want to adopt that baby. Or, she is going to seriously go crazy being around all those babies while she volunteers at the hospital. By the way, who the hell hired Marcie at the hospital? Is she suppose to even be around babies? Anyways, sorry Cole, but you need to let it go, honey! It's a shame that he thinks this is his only chance to have a family, but he needs to get real. Nora barely pays him any attention whatsoever. How in the world does he think he can raise a baby all on his own?
Today, was Nash's funeral. Poor Jessica, she looked completely heartbroken. I still think Bree Williamson is doing an excellent job with this storyline. And, even though she was a grieving wife, she still managed to look so pretty! I can't believe Natalie and Jared took their ignorant selves into that church! Ugh! I refuse to feel any sympathy for those two. Whether it's unintentional or not, they still are managing to bring in all the trouble. Meanwhile, I would like to know how Foxy Roxy's goofy self is the one who "knew" someone was standing outside the door? Unbelievable!
Next, I would like to talk about Todd Manning. As the lady of one of my favorite gossip sites, "Young, Black and Fabulous", would say, "he is foolywang material". Todd is lying to Marty so much that he is probably believing that ish, too! John will eventually find Marty and it will be all over!
Lastly, it is cool that Tina Lord has graced us with her "royal" presence, but she has put everyone around her in danger, even her own daughter. (BTW, I am not a fan of Sara's singing, but the song she sang at Nash's funeral was very pretty!)
Until next time . . .

I have been braiding my hair for the past 4 days, so my attention hasn't been fully focused on my blogging. However, I have been watching OLTL everyday and taking notes about the things I want to discuss. So let's begin. . .

One Life to Live's Kristen Alderson Blogs about Starr
Since we learned of Starr Manning's unplanned teen pregnancy, Kristen Alderson has been blogging each Friday on ABC's website to keep us updated on her character. She also has been providing good information if you're a teen or parent who needs help!
Here is an excerpt from last week's post:
Prom Night!
Hi everyone! I hope you’re staying cool and safe in this crazy summer weather!
Well, now that Starr’s been home with her family for a while, she’s had some time to think about what’s best for her baby. Something just doesn’t seem to be right in her mind. She’s thinking about school, her life and her baby’s life. She comes to a major. . .

One Life to Live: Starr Asks Marcie to Adopt Her Baby
Today, was a bit of revelation for the characters of Llanview, Pennyslvania.
First, Todd is still being sneaky. He has Marty laid up in the bed when she is clearly going out of her mind. From what we will soon learn, she doesn't even know who she is. I guess this explains the reason that she hasn't asked about Cole.
Speaking of Cole. That poor boy has just been broken into a million pieces. While I know that he and Starr aren't ready to be parents, I still feel for him. He looked incredibly sad while visiting his mother's graveside. Yes, it was unintentional, but Starr truly broke Cole's heart. However, Starr is doing the right thing by asking Marcie to adopt her baby. I just hope that in 10 years we don't see any Starr Manning baby drama unfold!
On another note: What is up with Carlotta Vega? She should be much more of an important character than what she is. For goodness sake, she runs the Angel Square diner like Nat on Beverly Hills, 90210 ran the Peach Pit. We saw more of him than we ever see of Carlotta. I think the last time that she ever had an important role was when she briefly dated Clint Buchanan. Now all we see is her babying the Vega boys. Let's find someone for Carlotta, writers!

One Life to Live: Go Addie!
Addie announces her Las Vegas marriage to David (Cramer) Vickers!
Starr lets Cole know that she isn't prepared to be a mother and that she wants to put the baby up for adoption. (i. e. Starr's pink banana clip was too cute---took me back to the 80s')!
Now that Clint knows that David is his real brother, he looks like he is about to keel over at any minute. He is completely disgusted that Jared and, especially, Natalie, would keep something like that a secret. Clint is mad as hell at Natalie. Poor Nat!
Tina is running scared. She is trying to lay low at Cristan's place. She just needs to lay off of his art work.
Spoilers!
- Carlo Hesser will be back in town June 27, 2008!
- Tess will return for revenge on Nash's death.

Erin Torpey Returns to One Life to Live
It has taken me nearly five years to get use to Bree Williamson as Jessica Buchanan. I have always love Erin Torpey and desperately wanted her back on the show to revive the role.
I just got my wish!
Soapnet has let it be known that Erin will be back on the soap screen. Obviously, she won't be back as Jessica, but she will be playing the ghost of Megan, Jessica's stillborn baby.
I can't wait!
